Want to take a FREE Fitness Class? Come Join Wellbeats! Wellbeats is online fitness class that offers over 200 different classes. Any open period, you can take any class you would like! Open period is first come first serve.

CLASS SCHEDULE

Lunchtime Spin - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 12pm
Fast and Furious - 20 minutes
Interval training at its best to drive heart rate and then recover. This quick program is meant to be intense: sprints in laser sets, challenging muscle power and stamina.
Intensity: Vigorous

Morning Spin - Tuesday and Thursday 7am
3-2-1 Go - 30 minutes
This WELLBEATS classic will make you a stronger and faster cyclist by using quick, intense intervals. Follow Gea and train like a performance athlete.

Evening Spin - Tuesday and Thursday 7pm
Road Racing - 50 minutes
This WELLBEATS classic is a challenging road racing style training ride, focusing on cycling fundamentals every rider should have.
Intensity: Moderate


Yoga - Saturday 10:30 am
Rise and Shine - 50 minutes
Start your day with athletic based yoga moves built around the push-up, balanced with a calm that only yoga can deliver.
Bring your own mat.
Intensity: Moderate
