- Military Child Care.com and Webtrac
USAG West Point implemented MilitaryChildCare.com (MCC.com) in June 2016. This DoD initiative is designed to simplify and improve the child care request process for Families. MCC.com allows Families to conduct child care searches, submit requests for care and manage their requests at any time and from any location. This streamlined approach to finding and requesting care expedites placement through a standardized request process, and wait list management tools and will also provide valuable reports to assist programs in planning for current and future placement needs.
Due to the implementation of MCC.com, patrons currently on the wait list were automatically transitioned to the new web-based system. Information regarding MCC.com utilization, registration and processes is available at all CYS services facilities. CYS Services staff members have been trained on the use and implementation of MCC.com and are ready to assist Families as they utilize this new streamlined process to search and request care in their community.
Patrons are encouraged to make the most of CYS Services WebTrac, a convenient online option. On WebTrac, patrons can complete P&OS pre-registration, upload documents for their household (health assessments, shot records, etc.), make payments for all activities (including pre-payments) and School Age Center hourly care reservations.
Patrons can also sign up and pay for Sports and SKIES activities on WebTrac – all from the comfort of their own homes. Visit WebTrac at https://webtrac.mwr.army.mil (a WebTrac ID can be obtained by contacting P&OS).
