Registration Information

Details:

The Bonneville Cabin at Round Pond will be hosting the Bowhunter Education Course, a required class to purchase New York State/West Point Bow Hunting Licenses/Permits. It is also offered online through NYS DEC; however, the in-person class will better prepare you to be certified.

This will be held on Sunday, September 13th from 9am - 3:30pm. There is a 15 person limit for the course, so sign up as soon as possible! Must be at least 11 years of age to register. There is no sign up fee, and the course is good for life!

Students are encouraged to bring: 

  • Personal snacks and drinks.  
  • Appropriate clothing for the weather and outdoor conditions, including proper footwear.  
  • Pen/Pencil, sunscreen and bug spray (season dependent) 

Parents or guardians who wish to attend for observation should notify the instructor that you will be auditing the class.
