Hello Mr. Christoff,
Despite my frequent use of West Point Club facilities, I'm not sure I've had the pleasure of meeting you. I'm Kris Yagel, a '99 graduate and business owner who travels to West Point fairly often to conduct leader and team development training for both corporate and international student groups. I'm writing to you to let you know about a shining example of service from one of your staff members.
On the morning of Aug. 9th, I strolled into Elizabeth Defrancesco's office with a very last minute request for a room to use for a lecture later that day. My other venue plan had fallen through late the night before. Honestly, I thought it was a shot in the dark, but Ms. Defrancesco was more than willing to find a solution for me. After some quick thought and discussion of a few terms, she came through with the Grey Room! I thanked her and ran downstairs to set up the room. After a while, she came by to check on me. The table set-up looked good, but was missing something so she offered to put linens on at no additional charge! Then, as a final show of excellent service, when I showed up with my group there was a table with pitchers of ice water and cups waiting for us. The lecture was a huge success, and thanks to Ms. Defrancesco, I was able to avoid embarrassment with my client.
In addition to leader and team development, I also have a lot of experience teaching on sales and red carpet customer service. The story of Ms. Defrancesco's commitment to finding me a solution and then going the extra mile in delivery has made my list of Exceptional Service Stories for future training events. You've got a good one in her, Sir.
I appreciate the Club's on-going support of my endeavors.

All the best,
Kris

Hi Elizabeth!
I just wanted to thank you again for making our wedding day amazing! We had such a great time! You and your staff did an awesome job making sure everything went smoothly. The food was out of this world and we had so many family members comment on that. You really made the most important day of our lives so wonderful! It truly went by very quickly but we enjoyed every second of it. Please also thank our maitre’d Aaron, he was amazing as well! He went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciate it!
Now as we reflect we can’t believe it’s over. All of that planning and anticipation and in a blink of an eye the night ended. We really can’t Thank you enough, it was a pleasure meeting you and we hope to see you again.  Maybe at other weddings in the future now that all of our guests have witnessed the great views and atmosphere of the ballroom.
The evening was truly amazing. We will forever hold these memories in our hearts.

Best,
Mr. And Mrs Boryk

Super job with MWR and O'Club serving the CASA's during Wednesday evening storm. Incredible dedication to our mission by the civilian workforce - some of the best I have ever observed.  Good job.

Thanks.

The Directorate of Admissions had a very large event on Friday, 2 March 2018. It was a Code Red, yet we were hosting a large group of parents of prospective West Point cadets. The West Point club, in particularly Victor and Gary, went above and beyond. Since it was a Code Red, they did not have to be there. We had no back-up plan for food for the parents. Thankfully, Gary and Victor helped us out and served our food with absolute professionalism and selflessness. They, along with the cooks, saved the day. Please recognize and reward your employees for going above and beyond to assist. We are grateful for them and hope we are lucky enough to be assisted by them again in the future.

Dear Sam,
A very belated thank you for everything you did to make our wedding on 10/28/217 at the West Point Club so wonderful. Thank you for your patience with all our questions and making sure the entire weekend was smooth and fun. We really appreciate it.

Kevin and Anne Cronin.

Dear John
I thank you for the great support you provided my team and our guests. We hosted 45 people from each of the military services, from various universities and research organizations, and from industry. Some of them came from overseas—Japan, Australia, and Israel. The efforts of you and your team helped make this a memorable event for them and left them with a positive impression of West Point. We couldn’t have done this with your support.
With Respect.

Dear Susan,
It was very nice to meet you in person, too! Thank you for sending the
contract that shows the final payment made. And, thank you for all of your
help with the catering-everything turned out beautifully and was quite
delicious. The flower arrangement was also a nice touch. The three guys
(catering team) were great-super friendly and professional. We appreciate
all the efforts made by you and your staff to help us have a nice event
after the funeral-we all needed a little TLC after that.

Sincerely,
Kathy and Mary Beth Glinos

John,
A group of us from GC&E Systems Group was at the Club for lunch today for our
annual Christmas Lunch.  It was GREAT!  Everything out on the buffet was fresh
and delicious.  We really had a good time.  I also want to mention 2 of your
employees who made us feel like we are the first customers of the day.  Hats
off to Meredith and Shawna.  They are both great people and awesome cooks.
They made us feel special from the moment we walked in.  You guys really do a
nice job - everything from your customer service, to food and price.
Wishing you all at the Club a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Susan,
I want to thank you and your staff for accommodating our
group with absolutely no notice. It would have been a disaster, without you
and your staffs, ability to adjust.  I am sure your organization does not need
any endorsements, but should you need one, please do not hesitate to contact
me.

Thank you,

Susan,
I wanted to write and thank you for the support you provided to our wedding ceremony at the Academy on 24 September. I have no excuse for not writing sooner and I apologize. We are still getting notes from our guests expressing gratitude for being allowed to attend such an elegant event, and it would not have been possible without your help.
Our wedding far exceeded my expectations across all fronts and I know that you put in a lot of effort to help Lori and for that I am truly thankful. Once again, thank you for the grand event you provided to us.

Sam,
Words are not enough to express our thanks to you and the exceptional staff of the West Point Club for the memorable dinner you planned and provided for our daughter's wedding on October 1, 2016. You were a delight to work with on the phone leading up to the dinner. I was looking forward to meeting you upon our arrival. Once we met the day before the dinner, I just knew that we were in good hands. You made us feel so relaxed.
Upon arrival to the dinner, our guests felt so welcomed. Your staff was very gracious and attentive. The Athena Room was beautiful. The food was exceptional. The only issue I have is that the time flew by so fast! We are grateful that our paths have crossed. We wish you all the best.

With regards,
Alfred Zaunbrecher

Susan,
On behalf of our board and Firstie Parents, thank you and your staff at the West Point Club for providing the generous, beautiful and tasty (so we heard) picnic plates. Our Firstie Families truly enjoyed them and we got a lot of extremely positive feedback posted to our Facebook pictures with lots of pictures of the plate and our families enjoying it.
Please let everyone at the West Point Club know our appreciation for their hard work, especially you as well. We are also getting feedback from Cow parents who want to make sure we have this available for them for next year.
I have posted your take-out menu for parent use and will continue to move it to the top periodically and include it in our reference material, if you are still doing this. Just let me know. Please let me know any other events or offers you would like me to post on our page and include in our newsletter.

Thank you again for a great event!
