CYS Rock Climbing for Homeschoolers

Join CYS for Rock Climbing Classes at the MST!

These classes are open to CYS registered Homeschoolers ages 7-13.

Participants will learn proper footwork, body position, and climbing techniques.

Classes will take place at the MST Gym (500 Washington Rd) on November 10th, 12th, 17th, and 19th, in two sessions (pick one): 11am-12pm, and 12pm-1pm.

What we’ll cover:

  • Climbing Basics: Learn proper footwork, body position, and climbing techniques
  • Strength & Balance: Build grip strength, core muscles, and coordination
  • Fun Challenges: Team-building games, timed climbs, and memory challenges
  • Safety: Learn about climbing safety and proper use of equipment

What to Bring: Comfortable athletic wear and sneakers

Cost

$30 per person.
