FAP Wee-Stride & Wee-Read Programs
WEE-STRIDE: (Every Wednesday, 0830-0930, Bldg 500 Youth Center) Wee-Stride is one of our newest programs offered to and designed for parents and their children in tow. Each workout is comprised of tailored exercises using your stroller, while entertaining your wee ones with songs, activities, and fun.
WEE-READ: (Every Wednesday, 1000-1100, Bldg 500 Youth Center) Wee-Read is a fun-filled story time open to children who wish to listen to a story and participate in themed, activities that promote speech development and learning. Each week you and your child(ren) are invited to explore a new theme with a story and an activity to follow.
April: 14th, 21st, 28th
May: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
June: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
All programs are open to all ranks and civilians. There are no charges for participation. All parents and children ages birth through four (4) years old are welcomed.
COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: All participants are required to wear a mask and maintain a 6 ft distance from others. Children three (3) years and younger are not required to wear a mask. Participants must use hand sanitizer prior to entering the facility and must consent to temperature checks upon arrival. If you or your family members are feeling sick, we ask that you please stay at home.
