Healthy Eating Habits for You and Your Family

Exercise and proper nutrition are key to becoming a strong athlete! On March 2nd, join Youth Sports for a class on healthy eating habits for youth and families, led by registered dietitian Jacquelyn Contant from the Keller Hospital Nutrition Department.

This event is free and open to West Point family and youth of all ages, and will take place at 5pm at the MST Building (500 Washington Road).

All attendees will receive a recipe book, and be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a grand prize!
