This is a 16-hour class plus 2-hour live fire course required by New York State. Must be present for both days of instruction to receive certificate. Topics include: firearm safety, loading and unloading, use of deadly force under NYS law, carry locations and possession, gun safety and fundamentals.
This course covers all material required by New York State & students will take both a written examination and practical skills exam. This course is designed for new pistol license applicants as well as permit holders who are required to take a course to upgrade or renew a pistol license.
