Parent/Child Power Zone

Our West Point MWR Fitness Center is now offering the Parent/Child Power Zone! 

This program is an opportunity for active parents to bring their child to the Fitness Center and workout in our dedicated Fitness Studio, stocked with spin bikes, exercise balls, free weights, and more!

Monday - Thursday: 0900 to 2000
Friday: 0900 to 1800
Saturday - Sunday: 0900 to 1700

RULES:

• Parents are responsible for their children at all times

• Child must be in the room at all times while parent is working out

• Babies must be kept in their strollers

• Children should be an arms length from their parents at all times

• Children should not play with weights
