Mondays & Wednesdays, 5:45am-6:30am, at the MWR Fitness Center
In this spin class, you can expect a high-energy, group fitness experience where you'll ride a stationary bike to upbeat music, following the instructor's guidance through various intervals of sprints, hills, and endurance rides. The class will typically last 45 minutes and may include elements of strength training, such as using resistance bands or weights, in addition to cardio exercise. Be prepared to sweat and have fun as you challenge yourself and push your limits in a supportive and motivating environment.
