CYS Youth Sports will be offering Volleyball Clinics this month for CYS registered Middle Schoolers looking to tryout for the upcoming Volleyball season!
These free clinics will run August 25th-28th at the MST from 3pm-4pm, and focus on basic strength and conditioning, to better prepare for upcoming tryouts.
Youth will be able to practice their gameplay skills with each other at the end of each session.
