In Honor of Disability Awareness Month, ACS EFMP and the CYS School Liaison Officer will be hosting a free Empowerment Through Knowledge Workshop with Anne Cunningham, an Orange County Education Advocate!
This event will take place on March 20th, from 9:30am-11:30am at the Youth Center (500 Washington Road).
Parents will actively participate in this workshop, learning interactive multi-sensory strategies to assist their children with reading, writing, & math skills.
Marcine Best (Special Education Specialist), and Patricia Ewen (CYSS School Support Specialist) will also share Special Ed info & resources that help assist & support military children’s educational needs.
