This rotunda shaped glass enclosed ballroom boosts 30 foot high ceilings and overlooks the Hudson Room. With floor to ceiling windows which span 40 feet in height. Seating capacity for an event requiring a dance floor is 325 – seating without a dance floor is 450.
This historic room with its 30 foot high ceilings is adorned with Greek Key crown molding and the statue of the Greek Goddess of Love – Athena. This rooms’ versatility is part of its charm. Whether a dinner for 60 or a cocktail party for 100 guests will always be comfortable
and feel at home.
This cozy rotunda shaped room has a romantic feel about it. The crystal chandeliers, step up tier with brass railings and sweeping views of
the Hudson River can seat up to 140 guests with a dance floor and 180 guests without one.
You are greeted with exquisite wood paneling in the reception area as well as hand-painted prints adorning the walls throughout the room. This room also offers panoramic views of the Hudson and has an outdoor rotunda-shaped patio. The beauty and tranquility of outdoor dining and drinks on the Hudson River is second to none. Our fully covered outdoor terrace is perfect when you are looking to impress. Our hidden divider walls are the ideal location for conferences with breakout rooms.
The Hudson Room seats up to 100 guests with a dance floor and 150 without one.
The smallest of our party rooms is beautifully decorated with old world charm. Complete with a fireplace and lavish mantle, this cozy
room sits 50 comfortably, for an intimate dinner or meeting space.
The '49er lodge, which was donated to the Academy by the Class of '49 is a beautiful log building situated on a knoll overlooking the woods and Delafield Pond. The lodge was completely renovated in 1998 and again in 2014. This large facility and can comfortably accommodate up to 160 people and is equipped with a residential kitchen and outdoor charcoal grill.
West Point's old train station is located adjacent to the Hudson River on South Dock. The Gothic station has cathedral ceilings, brass ceiling fans and originally wooden doors was renovated by the Class of '47 and is available for parties throughout the year. It is a perfect location for a smaller events. Seating capacity is 35 with an option to maximize seating using the outdoor patio. This facility has a full residential kitchen and wet bar area.
