A sport specific physical must be completed annually prior to the start of the sport season. This form must be completed with a doctor’s signature, stamped and submitted to Parent Central Services during registration. For any questions, contact Parent Central Services at (845)938-0939.
(If accessing PDF from government computer, "right click, save as")Hint: The best time to get your child’s physical is in July so your child’s physical will be valid for all sports for one full year.

Specifically for ages 3-18.
Our program is designed to provide all youth the opportunity to participate, develop fundamental skills and grow in an atmosphere of sportsmanship, citizenship, and teamwork. We offer Soccer, Baseball, T-Ball, Basketball, Flag Football, Running Club, Strength and Fitness, Tae Kwon Do, Bowling, Intro to Hockey, Home School Gym, and Volleyball.

Introducing West Point Junior Black Knights Travel Soccer!
Specifically for ages 8-19.
Junior Black Knights (JBK) Soccer is a competitive travel team for kids of families from the West Point Community. JBK teams are members of the East Hudson Youth Soccer League. JBK travel teams operate 8-10 months per year, including outdoor league play in the fall and spring, and indoor training and tournament play during the winter. - Volunteer Coaching & Teaching

If you played sports as a kid or in college and want to pay it forward to today's youth, then become a volunteer coach! Even if you have never played or coached a sport before, you can still become a certified volunteer coach! CYS Volunteer Coaches encourage all children to explore the world of sports, learn the fundamentals of good sportsmanship and have fun at the same time. Contact CYS Sports and Fitness to begin the process.
Coaching Requirements:

Required CPR/First Aid & instructional training provided by CYS prior to the season.

Fees are waived for children of CYSFP Volunteer Coaches.
- Background checks must be cleared on all coaches prior to team assignment.
- Coaches must attend one of the coaches clinics to review the rules and coaching policies and become certified through the National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS).

West Point Youth Sports and Instructional Programming offers a variety of sports, fitness and quality instructional program options for children & youth living at West Point.
Our philosophy promotes, supports and encourages the development of character, athleticism, sportsmanship & healthy lifestyle skills. We believe all children should have the opportunity to learn, grow, build lasting relationships in a fun, safe and positive environment.
Children and Youth currently registered with West Point CYS Services are eligible to enroll for Sports Activities using WebTrac.
